UP THE ALBION is an independent fan blog about Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club. We're not journalists, we're not insiders — we're supporters who've stood in the North Stand since the Goldstone days and travelled to away days from Bournemouth to Burnley.

We started this blog because we wanted somewhere to write about the club the way we actually talk about it on the train home: passionate, opinionated, sometimes irrational, and always with one eye on the league table.

Expect honest match reports, tactical breakdowns from people who used to play Sunday League, opinion pieces that age either brilliantly or terribly, and a healthy obsession with our academy.
